The IQF Freezing plant uses 2 ways of freezing the organic fruit. An innovated blast freezing system can freeze the products within 5 to 6 hours. But most of the organic fruits will be frozen with the fluidised bed freezer, able to freeze the individual fruits within 3 to 4 minutes.

Apple

Local domestic varieties of ORGANIC apples, mostly sweet-acid, red or    green or yellow green or red/green, are used for freezing. Mostly apples  with white and hard flesh, in full technological ripeness. After washing,  peeling, extracting of seed crown and cutting on cubes or rings, apples are  freezing in IQF tunnels at the temperature of – 20 ºC. Carefully cleaned  and free of foreign materials.      

Blackberry

Organic Frozen blackberry IQF is product of clean, healthy and in technical maturity fruits individually frozen, without foreign mechanical contents, in good shape and frozen at temperature  – 20ºC or lower.This temperature bring out bigger presence of sparkle red products, but no more than 10%.

Blueberry

Organic Blueberries is a product of wild hand picked collection, clean, healthy and in technical maturity fruits individually frozen, without foreign mechanical contents, in good shape and frozen at temperature  – 20ºC or lower.

Elderberry

Our Organic Elderberries are technologically ripe, consisting of healthy organoleptic qualities. They are harvested ripe, free from all mechanical impurities such as wood, plastic, metal, foreign odors, foreign tastes, and damages caused by diseases or insects. They are regularly shaped and frozen at a temperature of -20ºC and lower.

Elderflower

Our Organic Elderflowers are technologically ripe, consisting of healthy organoleptic qualities. They are harvested ripe, free from all mechanical impurities such as wood, plastic, metal, foreign odors, foreign tastes, and damages caused by diseases or insects. They are regularly shaped and frozen at a temperature of -20ºC and lower.

Plum

Frozen Plum halves are product of handcutting of clean, healthy and technologically ripe fruits, individually frozen, without foreign mechanical impurities, regularly shaped,  frozen at the temperature of  – 20ºC and lower.          

Quince

Our Organic Quince is technologically ripe, consisting of healthy organoleptic qualities. They are harvested ripe, free from all mechanical impurities such as wood, plastic, metal, foreign odors, foreign tastes, and damages caused by diseases or insects. They are regularly shaped and frozen at a temperature of -20ºC and lower.

Raspberry

Frozen raspberries IQF ( rollend- free rolling),  typical unique color for this kind of fruit, clean, healthy, technologically ripe, individually frozen, without foreign mechanical impurities like wood, plastic,metals, regularly shaped, no foreign odours, no foreign tastes, no damages caused by diseases or insects, no oxidation registered, frozen at the temperature of  – 20ºC and lower. 

Rosehip

Our Organic Rosehips are picked as whole fruits, with homogenous color ranging from light red to dark red. Taste smell and appearance are characteristic for the kind. They are regularly shaped and frozen at a temperature of -20ºC and lower.

Sour cherry

Organic Frozen Sourcherry  IQF, variety ’’Oblacinska’’ is  individually frozen product, without stone, clean,healthy,technical maturity,without foreign mechanical contents, in good  shape and frozen at temperature of – 20ºC.

Strawberry

Frozen strawberry IQF(rollend-free rolling) are product of clean,healthy and  technologically ripe fruits, individually frozen,without foreign mechanical impurities,regulary shaped,frozen at the temperature of – 20ºC and lower.
